Booking & Payments

Browse our packages, add your preferred items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You can either pay a $150 deposit to reserve your date and pay the remaining balance 7 days before the event, or choose to pay in full upfront — whichever works best for you!
Soft play sets start at $600 (Mini) and $800 (Large). Ball pits range from $550 to $1,000. Bounce houses start at $450. For payment, you have two options: pay a $150 non-refundable deposit to reserve your date with the remaining balance due 7 days before the event, or pay the full amount upfront. We accept all major credit cards.
Yes, a refundable $150 security deposit is required with your final payment. If you're paying in full, it's included in the same transaction. If you chose the $150 reservation deposit, the security deposit is collected when your remaining balance is due (7 days before the event). The security deposit is refunded within 72 hours after your event, provided all equipment is returned in good condition with no damage.
Absolutely! Repeat customers receive $100 off their next booking. After confirming your new reservation, simply email us at info@giggleadventuressoftplay.com with your previous invoice or confirmation email, and we'll apply the discount.
Yes! If our schedule allows, you can extend your rental at $50 per additional hour. You can also pre-book extra hours during checkout to guarantee availability. Just select a longer end time and the extra hours will be calculated automatically.
Delivery & Setup

We proudly serve the tri-state area including New York (Westchester, Bronx, Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn, Staten Island, Nassau, Suffolk, Rockland, Putnam), Connecticut (Fairfield), New Jersey (Bergen, Hudson, Essex, Passaic, Union), and The Hamptons. If you're unsure whether we cover your area, just enter your zip code at checkout or email us.
Delivery fees are based on the distance from our warehouse in Yonkers, NY. The minimum fee is $100 for Yonkers and nearby areas, $150 for most of our service area, and $200 for The Hamptons. The delivery fee includes delivery, full setup, and pickup after the event. Enter your zip code at checkout to see the exact cost.
Our team typically arrives 1–2 hours before your event start time to set everything up. This does not count toward your 4-hour rental period — your rental time begins at your selected start time. We handle all setup and breakdown so you can focus on the party.
We can set up indoors or outdoors on clean, flat surfaces. Indoor setups work great in living rooms, basements, community halls, and event spaces. Outdoor setups are possible on turf, grass, concrete, or pavement — we recommend a covered area when possible. We do not set up on dirt, gravel, or uneven ground. Please ensure a minimum of 1 foot of buffer space on all sides of the setup.
It depends on the size you choose. Mini soft play sets need approximately 9 ft × 12 ft of floor space, and Large sets require 15 ft × 15 ft. In both cases, please add at least 1 foot of buffer space on all sides for safety. So for a Mini, plan for roughly 11 ft × 14 ft of clear space. If you're unsure, send us your room dimensions and we'll recommend the best fit.
For outdoor events, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule if weather conditions are unsafe (rain, extreme wind, extreme heat). In that case, we'll offer a free reschedule to any available date at no extra charge. If you choose to proceed despite our weather advisory, you assume all risk and no refund will be issued. We always recommend having a backup indoor option when booking an outdoor setup.
Our Equipment

Every soft play set includes a ball pit, climber/tunnel, rocker, hopper, foam blocks, shoe organizer, play mats, and fencing. The Mini set includes 1 climber, 1 rocker, and 1 hopper. The Large set includes 2 climbers, 1 rocker, and 2 hoppers. The specific shapes and sizes of each piece vary between themes, but all 12 sets include the same core components.
Our soft play equipment is designed for children ages 1 to 8 years old. Mini sets are best suited for ages 1–5 (up to 5 kids at once), while Large sets accommodate ages 1–8 (up to 10 kids at once). Bounce houses and ball pits have their own age recommendations listed on each product page.
Mini soft play sets comfortably accommodate up to 5 children at a time. Large sets fit up to 10 children. For bounce houses, the toddler size fits 4–5 kids and the large fits 6–8 kids. Of course, more children can take turns throughout the event — these are just the recommended numbers playing simultaneously.
Yes! We offer several personalization options. Ball pit personalization ($130) adds a custom name or message. Colored balls ($30) let you choose up to 3 colors to match your theme. Balloon corners ($150) add balloon arrangements to the play set. When you add personalization during checkout, you can upload an invitation or inspiration image, type instructions, or email us later. Please share your personalization details at least 14 days before your event.
Yes! In addition to 12 themed soft play sets, we offer 3 ball pit sizes ($550–$1,000), 12 bounce house options ($450–$700), and add-ons including a Roller Coaster ($50), Giant Jenga ($50), Giant Connect4 ($50), and an Electric Merry-go-round ($400). We also offer a Play Attendant service ($100) where trained staff supervise the play area, and extra hours at $50/hour. Visit our packages page to see everything.
Safety & Rules

For everyone's safety, no food, drinks, shoes, face paint, or sharp/pointed objects are allowed in or near the play area at any time. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times (unless you've booked our Play Attendant service). Please ensure at least 1 foot of buffer space around all equipment, and make sure children are within the recommended age range for each product.
We take hygiene very seriously. Every piece of equipment is thoroughly cleaned and hospital-grade sanitized before each event. On the day of your event during setup, everything gets an additional wipe-down. We use child-safe sanitizing products that kill 99.9% of viruses and bacteria. Your little ones' safety is our top priority.
Yes, we are fully licensed and insured. If your venue requires a certificate of insurance, please have them email us at info@giggleadventuressoftplay.com and we'll provide the proper documentation.
You are responsible for any damage caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow the safety rules. Repair or replacement costs will be deducted from your $150 security deposit. If costs exceed the deposit, a fee of up to $500 may apply and you'll receive an itemized invoice within 14 days.

Yes! Here's our cancellation and rescheduling policy:
More than 14 days before event: Full refund minus $150 non-refundable deposit. Free reschedule to any available date.
7–14 days before event: 50% refund (minus deposit). Free reschedule subject to availability.
Less than 7 days before event: No refund. Free reschedule subject to availability.
No-show / same-day cancellation: No refund. No reschedule.

No problem! If you need to add items, swap themes, or make changes to your order, just email us at info@giggleadventuressoftplay.com with your order number and the changes you'd like. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. Changes to personalization must be made at least 14 days before the event.
