Soft Play Rental FAQ

A soft play rental is a portable, themed set of foam-based play equipment designed for toddlers and young children. Each set includes a ball pit, climber or tunnel, rocker, hopper, foam blocks, play mats, safety gates, and more. We deliver, set up, and pick up everything — you just enjoy the party. All equipment is hospital-grade sanitized before every event.
Our Mini sets are best for children ages 1–5 and can accommodate up to 5 kids playing at once. Our Large sets work for ages 1–8 and fit up to 10 children comfortably. The soft foam materials are safe for crawlers and toddlers while still being fun for older kids.
The Mini set requires a space of at least 9 ft × 12 ft, and the Large set needs 15 ft × 15 ft. We require a minimum of 1 ft of buffer space on all sides for safety. Indoor setups are preferred, but covered outdoor spaces with flat surfaces work too.
Yes! We set up at homes, parks, halls, backyards, and more. For outdoor events, we recommend a covered area with a flat surface. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule if weather conditions are not suitable.
You can personalize your set with balloon corners ($150), colored balls to match your theme ($30 for up to 3 colors), and ball pit personalization with a custom name or message ($130). We also offer bundle upgrades like adding a bounce house or merry-go-round at discounted prices.
Mini covers 9 ft × 12 ft at $600, includes 1 climber, 1 rocker, 1 hopper, and fits up to 5 kids. Large covers 15 ft × 15 ft at $800, includes 2 climbers, 1 rocker, 2 hoppers, and fits up to 10 kids. Both include a ball pit, foam blocks, mats, fencing, and shoe organizer.
